- Valid state of Wisconsin medical license
- Board eligible or board certified in the appropriate specialty-specific Board of the
- American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association
- Completion of an ACGME accredited Residency training in Family Practice or Internal
- Medicine
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to keep an open mind
- Innate curiosity, determination, and drive
