The practice focuses on treating patients injured in accidents and provides comprehensive, coordinated care across multiple specialties, including imaging, diagnosis, and both non-surgical and surgical treatment.
This role offers a high level of clinical autonomy with direct supervision from the Medical Director and access to a broad network of specialists. The practice does not manage chronic pain or narcotics and offers a clinic-based schedule with no ER call, no OR time, and no surgical assisting.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed patient histories and physical examinations.
- Conduct new patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and post-operative care.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, treatments, and therapies.
- Interpret imaging, including X-rays, MRI, and other diagnostic studies.
- Perform office-based procedures, including ultrasound-guided injections.
- Prescribe medications, supplies, devices, and post-operative care needs.
- Educate and counsel patients and families on treatment plans.
- Coordinate care across specialties in collaboration with the Medical Director.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation in the EHR.
- Apply evidence-based clinical knowledge in patient care decision-making
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Active Washington State PA license (Oregon license preferred; assistance available)
- Minimum 4 years of orthopedic experience required
- Proven experience in spine and extremity evaluation and treatment
- Comfortable practicing autonomously in a clinical setting
