Roles And Responsibilities
Provide personalized, evidence-based physical therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems
Manage a caseload of approximately 50-55 patient visits per week (10-12 patients per day)
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Participate in continuous learning, mentorship, and clinical development activities
Build strong patient relationships and promote a positive care experience
Qualifications And Experience
Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to delivering patient-centered, compassionate care
Experience Requirements
