Location: Blue Springs, MO & Overland Park, KS

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Setting: On-Site

Schedule: Flexible Scheduling | Approximately 2-3 days/week in Overland Park and 2 days/week in Blue Springs

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join a collaborative rehabilitation team serving patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, work-related, and personal injury conditions. The PT will provide individualized, evidence-based care and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and functional improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, hands-on treatment, and rehabilitation services.
• Treat orthopedic, workers' compensation, occupational, and personal injury patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, chiropractors, OTs, PTAs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, recovery, injury prevention, and home exercises.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current PT license in Missouri and/or Kansas.
• Eligible to obtain licensure in both states if required.
• Outpatient orthopedic, workers' compensation, occupational medicine, or personal injury experience preferred.
