We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join a collaborative rehabilitation team serving patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, work-related, and personal injury conditions. The PT will provide individualized, evidence-based care and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and functional improvement.

Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join a collaborative rehabilitation team serving patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, work-related, and personal injury conditions. The PT will provide individualized, evidence-based care and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and functional improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, hands-on treatment, and rehabilitation services.
- Treat orthopedic, workers' compensation, occupational, and personal injury patients.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, NPs, chiropractors, OTs, PTAs, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, recovery, injury prevention, and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current PT license in Missouri and/or Kansas.
- Eligible to obtain licensure in both states if required.
- Outpatient orthopedic, workers' compensation, occupational medicine, or personal injury experience preferred.
