Job Summary
The Clinical Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations of our ABA clinic and will supervise the RLT and RBT staff assigned to the location. The clinic will serve up to approximately 20 clients at any given time.
This individual will provide on-site clinical leadership, oversee staff performance and supervision, ensure treatment plans and clinical protocols are being implemented appropriately, monitor documentation and service delivery, and help ensure the clinic operates each day efficiently.
This is a Clinical Lead position, not a Clinical Director position. The individual will have leadership responsibility for the clinic while working within our overall clinical leadership structure

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct FBAs and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Monitor client progress and update treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor BCBAs and Registered Line Technicians (RLTs).
- Provide staff training, parent education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Travel between school and home/community settings as needed.
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Active BCBA certification and Louisiana LBA license.
- Credentialed with Louisiana Medicaid and applicable MCOs.
- 3-5 years of BCBA experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and ABA clinical skills.

Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
