- Minimum of 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience (required)
- Active or eligible Pharmacy Technician registration per state requirements
- Working knowledge of pharmacy workflow and prescription processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Assist pharmacists with prescription preparation and daily workflow
- Accurately enter prescription and patient data into pharmacy systems
- Prepare, label, and package medications in compliance with regulations
- Maintain medication inventory, storage, and organization
- Support quality assurance checks and documentation
- Communicate effectively with pharmacy staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy work area
- Follow HIPAA and all pharmacy regulations
- Retail, specialty, mail-order, or compounding pharmacy experience
- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems
- Experience handling controlled substances
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
