This is an opportunity to handle complex, high-value cases, grow alongside top attorneys, and make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.Key Responsibilities:As a Pre- litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for pre-litigation cases. Your duties will include, but are by no means limited to:Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake to settlement.Conduct thorough case investigations to determine liability and damages.Draft and file legal documents needed in pre-litigation.Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.Provide exceptional client service, keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases.RequirementsLawyer in Good Standing to practice law in State.5 years of personal injury experience as a Plaintiff's attorneyExcellent knowledge and understanding of California state laws, regulations, and legal procedures pertaining to personal injury casesStrong research and analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret and apply legal precedents, statutes, and regulationsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondenceProven track record of successful case management and client representation, with a focus on achieving positive outcomesExperience in conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs, and providing sound legal advice to clientsAbility to effectively collaborate and work as part of a team, including coordinating with legal assistants, support staff, and other attorneysStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive and confidential informationBilingual candidate preferred, but not requiredBenefitsIn addition to a competitive salary, this position will receive the following benefits:12 paid holidays annually10 days of paid vacation annually6 days of sick leave annuallyMedical insurance401(k) with 4% fully vested safe-harbor company matchRegular firm events (happy hours, team building, holiday party, etc)Laptops are replaced every 3 years.
