- Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active California Occupational Therapy License (OT)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Pediatric experience preferred (clinic or home health)
- Experience with children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), sensory processing disorder, ADHD, and similar conditions
- Strong clinical reasoning, assessment abilities, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage a flexible caseload and travel for in-home sessions
- Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technologies
