What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner (Pain Management) - West Haven, CT position at Protouch Staffing?

Shift : Monday - Friday, (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)

Pay - $140k-160k Annual

Responsibilities

  • Examine each patient, take a detailed medical history, and chart everything medically important in their records
  • Read test results, interpret data appropriately, and make diagnostic suggestions based on those results
  • Explain to the patient test results and expected health outcomes
  • Prescribe medication or therapy.

Qualifications

  • Valid state licensing required
  • Valid DEA and Controlled substances prescription license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with medical terminology, charting, and diagnostic tests
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • 1 years in pain management

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
