Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Advanced Home Wound Care
Location: Charlotte, NC

Compensation: $140,000 annually DOE (Negotiable on experience)
About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to deliver advanced wound care services to patients in the comfort of their homes across the Charlotte area. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while making a meaningful difference in patient outcomes.
What You'll Do
Perform comprehensive wound assessments and implement treatment plans
Monitor healing progress using evidence-based protocols
Educate patients and caregivers on wound care management and prevention
Collaborate with physicians, home health agencies, and care teams
Maintain accurate and compliant electronic health records (EHR)
Travel to patient homes within the Charlotte region
What We're Looking For
Active NP or PA-C license in North Carolina
New graduates are welcome to apply with relevant clinical experience or rotations in wound care
Experience in wound care is a plus
Strong patient interaction and education skills
Ability to work independently and follow clinical protocols
Valid driver's license
Comfortable providing in-home care

Paid Time Off: 2 weeks annually
Paid major holidays
Mileage reimbursement: $0.50 per mile
