- 30-bed NICU unit
- Oversees 20-35 FTEs
- Reports directly to Director
- High-volume neonatal and women's services environment
- Assist Director with NICU department operations and leadership
- Support performance improvement and quality initiatives
- Ensure nursing care follows clinical and regulatory standards
- Provide leadership and clinical support to NICU staff
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and patient care coordination
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
- Participate in weekend rotation and on-call coverage
- Evenings: 3 PM - 11 PM
- Nights: 7 PM - 7 AM
- Weekend rotation required
- BSN required
- Active Texas RN License or Compact License
- AHA BLS Certification
- 2 years NICU experience
- Recent Level III or Level IV NICU leadership experience
- 2 years management or Charge Nurse experience
