Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and compassionate Nurse Clinical Director / Case Manager to lead clinical coordination and oversee patient care operations in a fast-paced personal injury and trauma-focused medical practice. This leadership role is ideal for a nurse with strong clinical judgment, case management experience, team coordination skills, and operational oversight expertise. The candidate will manage complex patient cases involving motor vehicle accidents, multidisciplinary care, treatment planning, and ongoing communication with providers, staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee clinical workflow and patient care coordination across the practice
Serve as the lead nurse and clinical resource for staff and providers
Manage patient cases from intake through treatment progression and discharge
Coordinate care plans, follow-up appointments, referrals, imaging, procedures, and specialty consultations
Review charts for accuracy, completeness, and continuity of treatment
Ensure timely documentation, clinical compliance, and quality patient communication
Supervise and support clinical staff, including training and workflow management
Assist with QCI plans
Implement policies, protocols, and quality improvement processes
Communicate with attorneys, adjusters, outside providers, and ancillary services when required
Monitor patient progress and address barriers to recovery and treatment adherence
Collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes
Qualifications
Active RN license required
BSN preferred
Minimum 3 To 5 Years Of Nursing Experience Required
Strong leadership, supervisory, or clinical director experience required
Case Management Experience Strongly Preferred
Experience in personal injury, orthopedics, pain management, PM&R, neurology, spine, trauma, or multi-specialty outpatient care preferred
Strong knowledge of clinical documentation, treatment planning, and care coordination
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability
