Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy
- Drive overall business growth through client acquisition and retention strategies
- Collaborate directly with ownership on expansion plans and revenue goals
- Identify new opportunities for services, packages, and client engagement
- Work closely with social media/marketing partners to execute campaigns
- Develop and support promotional strategies to increase bookings and visibility
- Help build a strong brand presence in the local aesthetics market
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop new team members as the practice grows
- Build a high-performance, client-focused team culture
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance support
- Ensure exceptional patient experience at every touchpoint
- Drive upselling, retention, and membership/service growth
- Handle client feedback and service quality improvements
- Support daily operational flow in a lean team environment
- Assist with scheduling, workflow optimization, and vendor coordination as needed
- 3-7 years in medical aesthetics, med spa, or related beauty/wellness industry
- Proven experience in business growth, client acquisition, or revenue generation
- Strong background in marketing, sales, or business development
- Experience building or scaling teams is highly preferred
- Confident communicator with strong leadership presence
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a "builder" mentality
- Injector or licensed aesthetic provider experience is a plus (not required)
