Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, format, and file pleadings and other litigation documents.
- Maintain and manage attorney calendars, including tracking deadlines, hearings, depositions, and court appearances.
- Coordinate service of process and assist with discovery, including organizing, reviewing, and producing documents.
- Prepare and send client correspondence and communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors.
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit binders, witness files, and pre-trial filings.
- Manage electronic and physical case files to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Review and proofread legal documents for accuracy, formatting, and compliance with court rules.
- Support attorneys with workflow management, time entry, billing coordination, and general administrative tasks.
- At least five years of experience in litigation.
- Strong working knowledge of Arizona state and federal court rules and e-filing procedures.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing collaboratively to a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with docketing and document management systems.
