Litigation Attorney

Job Description

Client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated litigation attorney to join its litigation practice group. This is a shareholder track position that offers a competitive salary and bonus system based upon merit and productivity. The ideal candidate should have 4 years of substantive experience, to include:

• Excellent research and writing skills;
• Ability to manage complex discovery and litigation;
• Courtroom experience (motion practice, hearings);
• Superior skills at drafting pleadings and motions.
  
  

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with our team on a broad spectrum of litigation matters, including personal injury, product liability, commercial litigation, construction litigation, employment law and worker's compensation. Primary duties would include assisting with case management, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and attending court hearings and depositions.

Excellent communication and writing skills are required, as well as strong academic qualifications. An Illinois or Missouri license is required, and the successful applicant must be willing to obtain the additional license if they do not already have both. Hybrid opportunities.
