The Role: Clinical Impact & Community Enrichment
- You will serve as a vital link in a multidisciplinary team, providing comprehensive therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups.
- Clinical Depth: Perform assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and crisis interventions using evidence-based practices (CBT, short-term models, etc.).
- Team Collaboration: Assist in staff orientation, provide team feedback, and coordinate with community agencies to ensure holistic patient care.
- Trauma-Informed Care: Formulate realistic, patient-centered treatment goals while assessing for trauma and incorporating cultural values into every step of the process.
- Continuity of Care: Manage cases from intake through follow-up and closure, ensuring appropriate boundaries and ethical standards are maintained.
- Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
- Licensure: Current New Mexico license (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LPCC, LMFT, or Psychologist).
- Compliance: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and current car insurance.
- Schedule: Ability to work a nontraditional schedule (Tuesday through Friday 8 AM - 6 PM and Saturday 8 AM - 12 PM).
- Soft Skills: Strong clinical writing, ability to seek and integrate supervision feedback, and a deep respect for cultural diversity.
