- Support Project Manager in producing and issuing accurate construction documents and deliverables
- Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural) and stakeholders to ensure timely project execution
- Guide and mentor junior team members
- Review and apply relevant building codes to project documentation
- Address plan check comments and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Prepare and issue documents for permitting and bidding
- Conduct site surveys and perform punch walk evaluations
- Visit project sites to monitor progress and prepare field reports
- Participate in construction administration tasks including responding to RFIs, revising drawings, and reviewing submittals
- Assist in improving workflows and maintaining quality control standards
- Manage coordination across multiple teams and deadlines
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
- Experience with retail or multi-site commercial projects
- Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam
- Working knowledge of SketchUp and Photoshop (preferred)
- Strong understanding of building codes (IBC, CBC, ADA)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Prior experience mentoring or leading junior staff (preferred)

Salary : $94,000 - $104,000
