Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and other outpatient psychiatric services
- Maintain a minimum of 1000 hours of direct patient service annually
- Collaborate with nursing and clerical staff to support efficient clinic operations
- Complete accurate clinical documentation within required timelines
- Med management notes: Due by 9:00 AM the day after service
- Psychiatric evaluations: Due by the end of the 5th business day
- Deliver care that aligns with the CCBHC model and meets KPI performance standards
- Maintain positive relationships with patients and staff across all departments
- Support agency operations through collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Demonstrate professionalism aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and values
- MD or DO with active Kansas Medical License (required)
- Psychiatry specialty required
