- Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
- Potential one Saturday per month
- Hybrid, outpatient ABA services

Primary Responsibilities
BCBA Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention programs
- Provide direct client services as clinically necessary
- Supervise BCaBAs and collaborate with other BCBAs
- Support families and clinical staff with training and guidance
- Report to the Assistant Clinical Director of ABA
- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and analyze data to support treatment planning
- Assist in the development and modification of behavior programs
- Maintain consistent, reliable schedules with clients
- Support families and clinical staff with program implementation
- Collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team members
BCBA
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Eligible for or holding LBA (Michigan) licensure
- Minimum of 2 years providing ABA services (newly certified candidates considered)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and participate in physical activities
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
- Current BCaBA certification
- Eligible for or holding LBAA (Michigan) licensure
- Minimum of 1 year ABA experience preferred (newly certified candidates considered)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and participate in physical activities
