Key Responsibilities
- Draft and implement estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and advanced planning strategies
- Handle probate and trust administration matters from inception to completion
- Advise clients on estate, gift, and asset protection strategies
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand goals and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with team members and take ownership of matters to ensure high-quality outcomes
- 2-10 years of experience in estate planning and/or probate
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- Strong work ethic with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for estate planning and probate law
- Board Certified in Estate Planning & Probate Law (preferred) or willing to obtain certification within 3 years of employment
- Annual billable hours: 1,350 - 1,650
- Full participation in all practice areas of the firm
- Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
