- Provide individual and group counseling in school-based settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and clinical evaluations
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and structured interventions
- Support crisis intervention and conflict resolution
- Maintain accurate, Medicaid-compliant documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
- Prepare reports and ensure adherence to clinical and regulatory standards
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) required
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required
- Active licensure required (LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC, LISW-S, or LPCC-S)
- Experience in counseling, case management, and treatment planning
- Familiarity with DSM-5 and EHR systems
- Experience with Medicaid documentation preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
