- Evaluate financial, technical, and operational risks associated with projects
- Perform detailed data analysis and forecasting to support decision-making
- Review blueprints, specifications, and construction documents to understand project scope
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and proposals
- Conduct quantity takeoffs and assess material requirements
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors during the bidding process
- Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and financial feasibility
- Visit project sites to gather necessary data and insights
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Ensure quality assurance and quality control standards are met
- Implement and promote safety policies and procedures
- Monitor project costs and perform post-project cost analysis
- Identify and evaluate land restoration and reclamation opportunities
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Professional Engineer certification preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum of five years of experience in excavation, grading, or related construction fields
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and estimation techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
