Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Oversight
- Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and mentorship to clinicians and interns.
- Oversee scheduling, performance evaluation, and case assignments to ensure effective service delivery.
- Maintain quality control of case records, documentation, reports, and clinical statistics.
- Ensure documentation compliance with insurance, legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Serve as the primary internal liaison for clinical services.
- Develop and implement strategies to support program growth and sustainability.
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize daily clinic operations.
- Assist in establishing organizational goals, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in strategic planning and operational management activities.
- Provide onboarding, training, evaluation, and ongoing professional development for clinical staff.
- Promote culturally competent and trauma-informed care practices.
- Foster a collaborative, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.
- Act as a contact for insurance-related clinical matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and providers.
- Generate and review clinical and operational performance reports.
- Support service growth and operational sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and internal policies.
- Protect and uphold the dignity and confidentiality of clients and staff.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field (Required).
- Active independent licensure required: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LADC1.
- Prior clinical supervision experience preferred.
- Experience delivering CBHI services preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance requirements, and compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of or certification in Trauma-Informed Treatment Interventions preferred.
