- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) in clinic and in-home settings
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff
- Analyze data to guide treatment decisions and monitor client progress
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate, ethical, and timely documentation
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active state licensure (as applicable)
- CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Strong clinical documentation and teamwork skills
