Hiring Due to Continued Clinical Growth

Are you a BCBA looking for a role that prioritizes clinical quality, flexibility, and realistic expectations? We are a small, relationship-driven ABA organization serving children and families throughout the Hampton Roads area, and we are actively hiring for a BCBA due to continued clinical growth. This role is ideal for a clinician who values meaningful relationships, ethical practice, and balance—without sacrificing high-quality, in-person care.

This position offers a primarily remote schedule, predictable low travel, and strong administrative support, allowing you to focus on what matters most: your clients and your clinical work.

Compensation & Benefits at a Glance

  • Base Salary: $90,000–$105,000 per year (based on experience)
  • Performance Bonus: Monthly bonus opportunities totaling up to $12,000 annually
  • Monthly Wellness Bonus supporting health and overall well-being
  • Paid Time Off: 10 days of PTO plus approximately 10 paid holidays annually
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Mileage Reimbursement for in-person visits
  • CEU & Professional Development Support through Central Reach Institute
  • Referral Bonuses
  • Flexible weekday scheduling

Why This Role Stands Out

  • 30 billable hours per week
  • Approximately 75% remote / 25% in-person
  • Low, predictable travel: In-person visits occur once per quarter per client
  • No weekend work (office closed Saturdays)
  • Administrative work completed remotely
  • Strong administrative and clinical support
  • Small, close-knit team that values empathy, professionalism, and collaboration

About the Role

As a BCBA, you will provide high-quality clinical oversight and build trusting relationships with families and staff across home, daycare, and community settings. Our services are grounded in evidence-based ABA practices delivered with compassion, respect, and consistency.

Caseloads are designed to be manageable and sustainable, with systems in place to support ethical practice and long-term clinician satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments and develop individualized, client-centered ABA treatment plans
  • Provide ABA services using evidence-based, empathy-driven practices
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data using Central Reach to guide clinical decisions
  • Collaborate closely with caregivers, RBTs, and interdisciplinary professionals
  • Supervise, train, and support RBTs with a focus on growth, confidence, and clinical skill development
  • Maintain accurate, ethical, and timely clinical documentation
  • Complete required in-person client visits approximately once per quarter per client

What We’re Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, ethics, and documentation standards
  • Confidence in data analysis and treatment plan development
  • Compassionate, professional, and collaborative clinical approach
  • Ability to travel within the Hampton Roads area for quarterly in-person visits

Schedule & Location

  • Monday–Friday schedule (daytime and occasional evening hours)
  • Hybrid remote position based in the Hampton Roads area
  • Travel required approximately 25%, limited to quarterly client visits
  • Ability to commute within the Hampton Roads region (including Newport News) as needed

Why Join Us

  • Make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families in your community
  • Maintain flexibility and balance without sacrificing clinical excellence
  • Work with a supportive, values-driven team that truly listens
  • Be trusted and supported as a clinical professional—not micromanaged

We are currently interviewing and look forward to bringing the right BCBA on board soon. Flexible start dates are available.
