Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid Remote

We are a small, relationship-driven ABA organization serving children and families throughout the Hampton Roads area, and we are actively hiring for a BCBA due to continued clinical growth. This position offers a primarily remote schedule, predictable low travel, and strong administrative support, allowing you to focus on what matters most: your clients and your clinical work.
Compensation & Benefits at a Glance
- Base Salary: $90,000–$105,000 per year (based on experience)

About the Role
As a BCBA, you will provide high-quality clinical oversight and build trusting relationships with families and staff across home, daycare, and community settings. Our services are grounded in evidence-based ABA practices delivered with compassion, respect, and consistency.
Caseloads are designed to be manageable and sustainable, with systems in place to support ethical practice and long-term clinician satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments and develop individualized, client-centered ABA treatment plans
- Provide ABA services using evidence-based, empathy-driven practices
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data using Central Reach to guide clinical decisions
- Collaborate closely with caregivers, RBTs, and interdisciplinary professionals
- Supervise, train, and support RBTs with a focus on growth, confidence, and clinical skill development
- Maintain accurate, ethical, and timely clinical documentation
- Complete required in-person client visits approximately once per quarter per client
What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, ethics, and documentation standards
- Confidence in data analysis and treatment plan development
- Compassionate, professional, and collaborative clinical approach
- Ability to travel within the Hampton Roads area for quarterly in-person visits
Schedule & Location
- Monday–Friday schedule (daytime and occasional evening hours)
- Hybrid remote position based in the Hampton Roads area
- Travel required approximately 25%, limited to quarterly client visits
- Ability to commute within the Hampton Roads region (including Newport News) as needed
