Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid | Full-Time
Locations: Greeley, CO | Yuma, CO | Trinidad, CO
Pay: $51-$67 per clinical hour (based on experience) $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment required)
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical support and behavioral intervention services for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. This role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA therapy while collaborating with families, technicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support positive outcomes for clients.
This Is a Full-time Hybrid Position With
In-person: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Remote: Tuesday, Thursday
Hours are based on client services delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Assess client needs and develop individualized behavior intervention programs using ABA principles.
Provide on-site supervision and guidance to therapy teams.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure successful outcomes.
Participate in IEP meetings, providing behavioral objectives and intervention recommendations.
Conduct training workshops for families, schools, and therapy staff.
Provide ongoing training, feedback, and supervision to behavioral technicians.
Act as a primary point of contact between clients, families, and clinical staff.
Requirements
BCBA Certification (required)
Minimum 1 Year Of Experience As a BCBA
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
Physical ability to perform activities such as lifting up to 40 lbs, squatting, kneeling, and assisting children when needed
Work Environment
Hybrid work schedule with both in-person and remote responsibilities
Position is location-specific with openings in Greeley, Yuma, and Trinidad
