What You’ll Do
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals
- Collaborate with families and care teams
- Complete documentation remotely
- Ensure clinical quality and compliance
Compensation
- $84,000 – $101,000 annually (based on experience)
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Strong communication and clinical skills
