We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and detail-oriented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a multidisciplinary, family-centered autism program.
This role involves working primarily with children on the autism spectrum in home, community, and center-based settings, delivering individualized, ABA-centered interventions that promote life skills and family support.

We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and detail-oriented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a multidisciplinary, family-centered autism program.
This role involves working primarily with children on the autism spectrum in home, community, and center-based settings, delivering individualized, ABA-centered interventions that promote life skills and family support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and supervise behavioral and functional assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland)
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies
- Oversee implementation of ABA programs across settings
- Supervise and train RBTs, BCaBAs, and clinical staff
- Maintain a billable caseload and ensure compliance
- Monitor data collection, progress tracking, and reporting
- Participate in program development and community outreach
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCBA certification required
- New graduates welcome
- Experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Active BCBA certification and registry status
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Background check and required clearances
- CPR/First Aid certification
- TB test clearance
- Spanish is a plus
