Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and detail-oriented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a multidisciplinary, family-centered autism program.

This role involves working primarily with children on the autism spectrum in home, community, and center-based settings, delivering individualized, ABA-centered interventions that promote life skills and family support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise behavioral and functional assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland)
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies
• Oversee implementation of ABA programs across settings
• Supervise and train RBTs, BCaBAs, and clinical staff
• Maintain a billable caseload and ensure compliance
• Monitor data collection, progress tracking, and reporting
• Participate in program development and community outreach
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
• BCBA certification required
• New graduates welcome
• Experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Active BCBA certification and registry status
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Background check and required clearances
• CPR/First Aid certification
• TB test clearance
• Spanish is a plus
