What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Paramount Interventions?
Overview
BCBA / Direct ABA Therapist
Paramount Interventions
Lexington, SC
Make a real difference as a BCBA doing the work you were trained to do.
Paramount Interventions is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants a role that feels clinically meaningful, professionally sustainable, and personally flexible.
This is not a high-volume supervision role. This is a direct-service BCBA position where you will work hands-on with a small caseload of just 2–3 clients max, build strong relationships with families, and see meaningful progress without being spread thin.
If you became a BCBA because you wanted to create lasting change for children and families—not sit behind a laptop all day supervising a large team—this role may be exactly what you have been looking for.
Why BCBAs love this role
At Paramount Interventions, we do things differently.
- Direct BCBA model – provide hands-on ABA services yourself
- No supervision burden – no large team oversight or constant RBT management
- Small caseload – typically 2–3 clients maximum
- Flexible scheduling – create a schedule that works for your life
- Responsible Time Off (RTO) – flexibility with professionalism and client continuity in mind
- Sick bank offered – because life happens
- Meaningful clinical impact – less hours, more intentional treatment, and stronger outcomes
- Relationship-based care – build real trust with families and clients
- Supportive team culture – collaborative, thoughtful, and clinician-led
What makes this role special

- keep treatment high-quality and individualized
- avoid burnout from oversized caseloads
- see more progress in less time through intentional, expert-driven care
- focus on clinical excellence, parent collaboration, and real outcomes
-PAID non billable time!
This is an ideal position for a BCBA who wants to return to the heart of the work.
