This role works closely with the Clinical Director and is ideal for a leadership-oriented professional with strong supervisory and program management experience.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Support clinical operations and quality initiatives
- Assist the Clinical Director in daily functions
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and functional analyses
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Create and oversee behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs
- Ensure treatment integrity and clinical excellence
- Supervise, train, and mentor Behavioral Technicians
- Provide ongoing staff feedback and performance support
- Train parents and caregivers on ABA strategies
- Monitor data collection, analyze progress, and adjust programs as needed
- Lead social skills groups and support center-wide improvements
- Active BCBA certification required
- Minimum 3 years of BCBA clinical experience (no new graduates)
- Strong leadership, supervision, and training experience preferred
- Experience in center-based and/or home services settings
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills
