Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient examinations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform a wide range of procedures including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry
- Deliver high-quality restorative care with strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Educate patients on oral health and long-term treatment strategies
- Build strong patient relationships through trust, communication, and comfort-focused care
- Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Stay current with advances in dentistry through continuing education
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Massachusetts dental license
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required
- Ask candidates to submit a portfolio of cases or a few pictures of their dental work with their resume
- Solid TXer and solid at restorative experience is required
- Solid treatment planning and case presentation skills
- Current BLS / CPR certification
- Commitment to ethical, high-quality patient care
- Compliance with all state licensing and CE requirements
