Associate Dentist (DDS / DMD) - Boston, MA

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Schedule: 4 days/week | 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join a high-performing dental practice in Boston, MA. This role is ideal for a clinician who is strong in restorative dentistry and treatment planning, values patient-centered care, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient examinations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform a wide range of procedures including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry
• Deliver high-quality restorative care with strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Educate patients on oral health and long-term treatment strategies
• Build strong patient relationships through trust, communication, and comfort-focused care
• Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Stay current with advances in dentistry through continuing education
  
  

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Massachusetts dental license
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required
• Ask candidates to submit a portfolio of cases or a few pictures of their dental work with their resume
• Solid TXer and solid at restorative experience is required
• Solid treatment planning and case presentation skills
• Current BLS / CPR certification
• Commitment to ethical, high-quality patient care
