Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Assist in case preparation and trial proceedings.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Utilize writing skills to prepare correspondence and reports.
- Handle administrative tasks to support the legal team.
- Strong legal research skills using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Proficient in legal drafting and writing
- Experience working in a law office environment
- Familiarity with estate planning, environmental law, and other premium legal areas
- Ability to negotiate effectively and apply relevant laws
- Legal administrative experience is a plus
Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
