The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of functional HR/Payroll knowledge and technical reporting expertise, particularly within complex, shift-based environments.
Work Schedule & Hybrid Requirements
- Hybrid role with remote flexibility
- On-site Tuesday-Thursday, 2 weeks per month through July 2026
- On-site Tuesday-Thursday, 1 week per month starting August 2026
- Design, develop, and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports
- Build reporting solutions across:
- Core HR
- Time & Labor
- Workforce Scheduling
- Payroll
- Develop reports including:
- Payroll registers
- Timecard summaries
- Overtime and shift premium reports
- Compliance and workforce analytics dashboards
- Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Assist with post-go-live support and system stabilization
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and compliance standards
- Strong experience with:
- Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
- Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) including data models and bursting
- Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
- Knowledge of HCM Analytics, KPIs, and dashboard metrics
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM data structures and subject areas
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules:
- Core HR
- Time & Labor
- Payroll
- Workforce Scheduling
- Strong understanding of:
- Payroll processing
- Time calculation rules
- Overtime and shift differentials
- Compliance reporting
- Experience in healthcare or shift-based environments preferred
- Experience with Fast Formulas (payroll, absence, benefits)
- Experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- In-depth knowledge of HR and Payroll processes
