Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Syracuse, NY
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Must work one weekend every other month
Start Date: 3/30 or 4/6
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist with both outpatient and acute care experience to join our team. This is a full-time, immediate-start opportunity, with weekend inpatient coverage on a rotating basis.
Pay Package
Non-taxable Pay (weekly): 1246.0

- Non-taxable pay (weekly): $1246
- Taxable pay (weekly): $1960
- Gross total pay (weekly): $3206
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- NYS Licensure
- Clinical Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP or equivalent)
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year
- Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance
- Administer evaluations and diagnose speech, language, cognition, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs
- Schedule and provide evaluations and treatment sessions based on patient needs
- Educate patients, families, and staff regarding speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Participate in program development for the speech therapy discipline and departmental initiatives
- Prepare reports and communicate with referral sources and treatment agencies
- Participate in community programs
