Position Overview

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a part-time onsite role in Syracuse, NY, with the potential to transition to full-time after training. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team committed to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

As an SLP at Lifespan, you will:

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders across diverse populations.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to patient needs.
• Document progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Support patients and families through education and guidance.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current New York State licensure
• Strong proficiency in diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Prior clinical experience is a plus.
• Must hold NY State license
