Key Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures on patients of all ages
- Ensure proper patient identification and specimen labeling
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols
- Provide excellent patient care and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
- Assist with specimen processing and transportation as needed
- Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience
- Experience with pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work in a fast-paced environment
- Phlebotomy certification required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
