- Provide operational leadership and direction for the ABA program.
- Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to ABA best practices.
- Establish clear expectations for staff performance, accountability, and service standards.
- Promote a culture of professionalism, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adequate staffing coverage across all cases to maintain service continuity.
- Monitor staff assignments and proactively address staffing gaps.
- Work closely with staffing coordinators to ensure cases are properly staffed. Ensure that authorized hours are delivered and minimize dropped service hours.
- Track service utilization and identify cases at risk of underutilization.
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid, state, and federal regulations related to ABA services.
- Monitor documentation standards and quality assurance procedures.
- Collaborate with compliance and billing teams to ensure documentation supports accurate billing.
- Maintain readiness for audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance checks.
- Oversee program operations, including scheduling, staffing coordination, and workflow management.
- Partner with intake and HR teams to support program growth and staffing needs.
- Monitor program performance metrics, including staffing coverage and service delivery rates.
- Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements.
- Prior experience working at an ABA or behavioral health agency.
- Strong understanding of ABA service delivery models and operational workflows.
- Experience managing staffing coverage, scheduling, and service utilization.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing ABA program operations or clinical teams.
- Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and ABA billing processes.
- Experience working with Behavior Technicians (BTs), BCBAs, or LBAs.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
