- In this role, you’ll guide high-impact projects across the organization, ensuring smooth adoption of change among employees, customers, and partners.
- You’ll also support business analysis efforts—collecting, interpreting, and presenting data to inform decision-making, measure impact, and refine transformation strategies.
- This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of program execution, change enablement, and analytical insight.
- While the position is based in San Francisco, we welcome remote applicants who can work overlapping hours.
- Plan and lead enterprise-level digital transformation projects, from kickoff through implementation.
- Ensure timely delivery, budget control, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes using PMP-based methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical leads, and external partners to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Lead structured change management efforts using frameworks like Prosci or ADKAR to drive adoption and reduce resistance.
- Craft and implement change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, and training programs.
- Manage internal (employee) and external (customer/vendor/partner) transition and communication plans.
- 7 years of experience in project or program management, including leadership of transformation and/or change-focused initiatives.
- PMP Certification required; Prosci or equivalent change management certification preferred.
- Proven ability to manage organizational change across both internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Experience gathering and analyzing business data to inform strategy and measure impact.
- Proficiency with business intelligence and project tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills—comfortable influencing without authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Work Hours Per Week: 20hrs/week (4hrs/day).
- Pay Rate: $45 - $53 an hour
