Position Title: Network Planning Engineer III
Position Description: Protingent has a contract opportunity for a Network Planning Engineer with our client in Charlotte, NC.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead network infrastructure deployment and circuit design & implementation Projects
- Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure project deliverables meet quality and budget expectations.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power App & Power Automate solutions that simplify workflows and enhance productivity.
- Build, refine, and manage Power BI dashboards and reports for data driven decision making.
- Prepare and present regular project status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Partner with other functional leaders in driving cross functional process changes to optimize project efficiency.
- 5 years of experience
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in a telecommunications, engineering, or data analytics environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerApps, Power BI, and related Power Platform tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience
- Prior industry experience in facility engineering and network deployments
- Experience with circuit design and implementation; familiarity with TIRKS is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to articulate via written and through oral communication
- Strong Knowledge of TDM transport, SS7 signaling, and IP Voice (VoIP) implementations
- Experience with third party circuit migrations
- Master’s degree in engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field

- Pay Rate Range: $47-$54/hr.
- ITAR obligations are associated with this role, U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, or protected person status under 8 U.S.C.
