Position Title: Integration Technician III
Position Description: Protingent has an exciting contract opportunity for an Integration Technician with our client in Kent, WA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manufacture, assemble, and test custom machine hardware according to written procedures, engineering models, work orders, drawings, and specifications.
- Setup new production work areas, including tooling and equipment.
- Perform second-party verifications and hardware inspections of engineering models, drawings, specifications, and written procedures.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct malfunctions by modification, rework, repair, and/or maintenance.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurrence control.
- Operate various material handling equipment including forklifts, overhead cranes, aerial lifts, flight vehicle and subassembly transportation equipment.
- Setup and operate a wide range of precision calibrated tools including, but not limited to, torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, laser trackers, height gauges, and optical measuring instruments.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for area safety and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance functions such as daily clean-up of work areas to support 5S, FOD, and ESD.
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
- Experience Interpreting engineering models, drawings, specifications, written work instructions, test procedures and P&IDs.
- Experience operating heavy lifting equipment such as cranes and forklifts around critical hardware.
- Experience using common assembly and integration tools.
- Climb ladders/stairs and work in small, restricted areas.
- Work at heights on work stands and in lifts.
- Perform repetitive work, including lifting of items up to 40lbs.
- Experience with verbal and written communication of technical data, results, and associated tools (confluence, MS-Office suite).
- Industry certification, trade school training, and/or degree in a related field.
- Work effectively with a strong work ethic and close attention to detail in a fast-paced dynamic team environment with rapidly changing roles and responsibilities.
- Experience in handling large/expensive components.
- Experience in assembling large tight-tolerance structures.
- Experience in new product introduction.
- Experience in a team-based Lean Manufacturing environment.

- Location: Kent, WA.
- Pay Rate Range: $47-$53/hr.
- ITAR obligations are associated with this role, U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, or protected person status under 8 U.S.C.

Salary : $47 - $53
