Staff Attorney - Litigation

One role is more focused on operational processing to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and professional standards of the team of assistants who handle much of the document preparation and workflow. The other role is more court-facing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research to support ongoing cases.

• Ensuring adequate preparation for hearings and deadlines.

• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to liens, foreclosure, and transactional law.

• Investigate case facts to support legal negotiations and dispute resolutions.

• Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal regulations.

• Prepare legal correspondences and formal documents, including data input.

• Review and negotiate title work and ensure the accuracy of entity documents, purchase contracts, and other transactional materials.

Qualifications:

• JD required; must be licensed to practice law in Kentucky.

• Previous experience in liens, foreclosure, or transactional law.

• Strong legal research skills and familiarity with applicable legal processes.

• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Reliability, commitment, and ability to meet deadlines.
