About the Opportunity

We are a contracting firm partnering with leading global clients in the IT consulting and enterprise solutions industry. We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to support a large-scale S/4HANA implementation. This is a high-impact role where you ll drive design, configuration, and integration for SAP TM, working closely with business and technical teams to deliver mission-critical logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP TM solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze transportation & logistics requirements.
• Configure and customize SAP TM functionalities planning, execution, charge management, freight settlement, integration with S/4HANA.
• Provide expertise in Freight Order Management and Transportation Planning & Execution.
• Integrate SAP TM with SAP EWM, SAP ERP, and 3rd party systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP TM issues, ensuring system stability.
• Support testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live activities.

Required Skills & Experience

10 years of hands-on SAP TM consulting experience

Strong understanding of SAP TM architecture & functionalities

Experience with S/4HANA TM (preferred)

Configuration and customization expertise across SAP TM modules

Cross-functional collaboration across logistics, procurement, warehousing, and IT

Strong problem-solving skills data integrity, system performance, integration

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

• Integration experience with SAP EWM, LBN
• Domain consulting experience in transportation/logistics for Mining or Manufacturing industries
