This is a senior-level position offering opportunities for leadership, client interaction, and mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the planning, design, and execution of environmental site assessments.
· Develop and implement remediation strategies including in-situ chemical injections, soil vapor extraction, and air sparging.
· Design and oversee vapor mitigation systems such as vapor barriers and sub-slab depressurization systems.
· Manage project teams, subcontractors, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful and on-budget delivery.
· Prepare and review remedial action plans, technical reports, and regulatory submittals in compliance with state and federal regulations.
· Maintain and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
· Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering professional development and technical growth.
· Contribute to business development activities including proposal writing, client presentations, and strategic engagement.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
· 8 years of environmental consulting experience with a strong focus on site assessment and remediation.
· Proven experience working with California regulatory agencies including the RWQCB and DTSC.
· Strong project management background with ability to oversee budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
· Excellent technical writing, analytical, and communication skills.
· Familiarity with modeling and remediation design tools is a plus.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
