We are looking for a hands-on Field Operations Manager to support field installations, materials management, and warehouse operations. This role involves working with tools, equipment logistics, and sustainability-focused projects such as EV charger installs, lighting sensors, and energy efficiency upgrades.
Responsibilities:
- Manage tools, materials, and fleet vehicles
- Support field installations (insulation, fixtures, EV chargers, sensors)
- Oversee warehouse operations (inventory, shipping/receiving)
- Conduct air leak studies and document findings
- Collaborate with project and engineering teams
Requirements:
- 3 years in field service, facilities, or energy efficiency work
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools/digital apps
- Valid driver’s license; travel across MA, CT, NH
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Warehouse experience a plus; HS diploma or equivalent required
Job Type: Full-time
