As a Business Development Representative I, you’ll be on the front lines of ProService Hawaii’s growth—sparking conversations with small business leaders and opening doors to high-impact partnerships. You’ll use a combination of cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and event follow-up to generate interest and book qualified meetings for our full-cycle sales team. Success here means owning your activity, thinking strategically about how to engage decision-makers, and consistently building a strong top-of-funnel pipeline in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

  • Drive outbound prospecting across multiple channels (phone, email, social media, event outreach)
  • Book and hand off 5 qualified meetings per week to full-cycle sales representatives
  • Customize messaging based on lead source, industry, and business needs
  • Respond quickly to inbound and event-generated leads to maximize conversion
  • Track activities and outcomes using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot
  • Represent ProService Hawaii at community and business events to identify new prospects

What You Bring

You’re a natural connector and communicator with a high motor and an eye on the target. Whether it’s a cold call or a follow-up email, you’re persistent, articulate, and energized by the challenge of opening new doors. You know how to own your metrics, think on your feet, and you’re not afraid of hearing “no” on your way to a “yes.”

  • Proven success in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting roles
  • High comfort level with cold calling and navigating sales objections
  • Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, HubSpot)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially with executives and business owners
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding activity targets

  • Competitive Compensation and Benefits: We value your contributions and back that up with strong pay at $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year including a variable compensation of up to $30,400.00 per year based on achieving set targets, full benefits, and resources to support your well-being.
