Position: Electrical Engineering Lead

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $95,000–$100,000/year

Experience: 5 to 7 years of related electrical engineering experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

ProRecruiters is seeking an Electrical Engineering Lead to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Design and develop electrical layouts, schematics, and control systems for manufactured equipment.
• Lead and support engineering and drafting teams on electrical design projects.
• Create and maintain electrical drawing packages using AutoCAD Electrical.
• Support automation efforts, including PLC/HMI system testing and commissioning.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Specify and design control systems for industrial heaters and related equipment.
• Oversee fabrication and assembly of electrical control systems.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical or similar electrical design software.
• Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code standards.
• Experience designing industrial control and communication systems.
• Ability to guide teams and provide technical direction.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
