Position: Control Engineer

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $95,000–$115,000/year

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in electrical design, PLC/HMI programming, and industrial electrical systems.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent technical experience.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and controls supporting manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues involving motors, control panels, transformers, and production equipment.
• Program, test, and maintain PLC and HMI systems for automation and process control.
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and increase reliability.
• Support the electrical aspects of process improvements and engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and applicable electrical safety standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, schematics, and maintenance reports.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control circuits, and power distribution.
• Proficiency with PLC/HMI platforms such as Allen-Bradley or Siemens.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
