Position: Customer Service Agent

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $17/hour

Experience: Previous phone experience required

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

ProRecruiters is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Check voicemail daily and return calls to customers in a timely manner
• Use professional courtesy over the phone with all callers
• Take & handle incoming calls daily, forwarding to others as needed
• Make outgoing calls as needed
• Keep notes based on customers’ responses
• Follow through with tasks based on training with the supervisor
• Manage several MS Excel worksheets
• Additional tasks may be given as needed
• Work directly with other Customer Service team members to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
• Train with the Customer Service Manager and Customer Service team members
• Reports directly to Customer Service Manager
  
  

Position Requirements

• Microsoft Excel experience is required
• Professional phone voice
• Great communicator
• Great note taker (for training and customer comments)
• Problem-solving skills
• A self-starter and self-motivated throughout work
• Needs reliable transportation
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
