Position: Quality Manager

Location: Mounds, OK

Pay: $65k/year (Depending on experience)

Experience: 5 years of quality management experience working with API and ISO.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

ProRecruiters is seeking a Quality Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Serve as the Management Representative for the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements across the Quality, Production, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering departments.
• Analyze and evaluate systems, data, products, technologies, quality control procedures, forms, and other applicable documentation.
• Track KPIs and quality trends, including quality objectives, and report progress during Management Review meetings.
• Lead and facilitate Management Review meetings.
• Coordinate and facilitate both internal and external audits.
• Perform and oversee quality inspections and audits of products, processes, and organizational systems.
• Conduct ongoing QMS training for all employees and maintain training records.
• Supervise, lead, and train Quality Control personnel.
• Manage the calibration program for measuring and test equipment.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, suppliers, and vendors to ensure products meet drawings, specifications, customer requirements, and industry standards.
• Evaluate corrective actions, nonconforming materials, and out-of-tolerance gages in accordance with QMS requirements.
• Assist with troubleshooting products as needed to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Proven leadership ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of Quality Administration.
• Proficient in mathematical calculations and formulas as well as geometric tolerancing used in production drawings.
• Knowledge of all required measuring equipment required to perform inspections.
• Familiar with all applicable standards (API, ASME, NACE, ANSI, ISO, etc.).
• Computer file management literate.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
