Position: Industrial Electrical Technician

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Pay: $22–$25/hour

Experience: At least 3 years of electrical experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Education: High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Friday - Sunday, 5:00am to 5:30pm (work 36 hours, paid for 40)

Job Description

• Install, wire, and troubleshoot electrical control panels and industrial equipment.
• Work with programmable logic controllers and variable frequency drives in manufacturing systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Diagnose electrical issues and perform corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Test electrical components and systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Assist with electrical system upgrades and equipment installations.
• Maintain documentation related to electrical repairs and system performance.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Experience working with programmable logic controllers and variable frequency drives.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electrical systems.
• Ability to work safely with industrial electrical equipment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to understand technical instructions in English.
